1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms govern access to and use of the Pep Daddy Labs website. By entering or using the site, you represent that you are at least 21 years old, have read these Terms, and agree to the Research Use Only Agreement, Privacy Policy, and Shipping & Final Sale Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Research-use-only scope

The catalog is intended solely for qualified adults evaluating chemical reagents for legitimate laboratory and scientific research. Products are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements, medical devices, or veterinary products. They are not offered for human or animal administration, consumption, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, clinical use, household use, or cosmetic use.

You may not use the site or any listed material to facilitate an unlawful, unsafe, clinical, therapeutic, diagnostic, food, cosmetic, or veterinary purpose. You are responsible for determining whether possession, purchase, handling, storage, transfer, and disposal are lawful in your jurisdiction and institution.

3. No medical or professional advice

Website content is general product, analytical, and scientific-reference information. It is not medical, veterinary, legal, regulatory, or other professional advice. Scientific literature summaries describe study models and hypotheses; they are not representations of product safety, efficacy, fitness, or outcomes.

4. Product information and analytical records

Specifications, images, prices, availability, and documentation may be updated. A certificate of analysis applies only to the lot identified on that certificate. No certificate or test result should be understood to apply to a different lot or to establish suitability for any particular purpose.

We aim to keep information accurate, but typographical, technical, laboratory, and publication errors can occur. We may correct errors, revise information, remove content, limit quantities, or decline a future transaction where lawful.

5. Orders, pricing, and payment

Catalog prices do not constitute acceptance of an order. When the site banner shows checkout as available, an order is accepted only after the required Bitcoin payment reaches the confirmation state specified by our self-hosted BTCPay Server and the order passes fulfillment review. Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise; the corresponding Bitcoin amount and shipping charge are presented during checkout.

Bitcoin payment is completed on the hosted BTCPay invoice. Neither this storefront nor Pep Daddy Labs asks for a wallet password, recovery phrase, or private key.

6. Shipping, cancellations, and final sale

Each transaction is also governed by the Shipping & Final Sale Policy. Unless non-waivable law requires otherwise, research materials are final sale. A request to cancel is not effective unless received and approved before fulfillment. Damage, missing-item, or wrong-item claims must follow the time limits and documentation requirements stated in that policy.

7. Acceptable use

You may not interfere with site operation or security; attempt unauthorized access; scrape the site in a manner that burdens its systems; misrepresent your identity, age, qualifications, or intended use; remove notices; infringe intellectual-property rights; or use the site to violate law or another person's rights.

8. Intellectual property

The site design, branding, original text, graphics, and arrangement are owned by or licensed to Pep Daddy Labs and may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without permission, except as allowed by applicable law. Third-party marks, papers, and laboratory documents remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Third-party material and links

References and external links are provided for context. Pep Daddy Labs does not control third-party sites and does not guarantee their availability, accuracy, security, or practices. A link is not an endorsement.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted access, or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes an express written promise or a warranty, remedy, or right that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pep Daddy Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website access or use. These limitations do not apply where prohibited, or to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

12. Suspension and changes

We may suspend or discontinue site access, revise content, or update these Terms prospectively. The effective date above will identify the current version. Material changes affecting future purchases will be disclosed before they apply to a transaction.

13. Severability and consumer rights

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remainder will continue to the extent allowed by law. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights or regulatory protections.
