Ordering from Pep Daddy Labs means accepting the terms below. Please read them first.

1. What these products are for

Everything we supply is a chemical reagent intended for in-vitro laboratory research. Our products must not be:

• taken, injected, or otherwise administered to a person
• given to any animal
• used to diagnose, treat, prevent, or manage any condition
• eaten, drunk, or used as a supplement or food ingredient
• applied to skin, hair, or body as a cosmetic

2. What these products are not

Our products are reagents. They are not medicines, foods, cosmetics, or supplements. Unless a page on this site expressly states otherwise, nothing we sell holds marketing authorisation from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any equivalent body for use in people or animals.

The FDA has reviewed none of the statements on this site. Nothing published here is offered to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and nothing published here is medical advice or a recommendation to use any compound.

3. Where we sit in the regulatory picture

We are a supplier of chemical reagents — nothing more.

We hold no pharmacy licence and operate no pharmacy. We are not a compounding facility within the meaning of Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. We are not a registered outsourcing facility under Section 503B of that Act. We dispense no prescription medication, prepare no patient-specific preparations, and provide no clinical, medical, or pharmaceutical service.

4. What you are confirming when you order

Each order you place is a confirmation that:

• you are 21 years of age or older;
• you are competent to handle research reagents and have suitable facilities, equipment, and trained personnel;
• the material is for laboratory research and nothing else;
• you will not administer it to any person or animal, and will not pass it to anyone you believe intends to;
• you will meet every federal, state, local, and international obligation that applies to obtaining, holding, using, and disposing of research materials;
• should you resell, you will not present the material as anything other than a research reagent.

5. Risk sits with you

Handling research reagents carries risk. By ordering, you take that risk on knowingly and of your own choice. Judging whether a given compound suits your research application is your call alone, and we are not in a position to make it for you.

6. What we warrant

Material is supplied to match the Certificate of Analysis issued for its lot. That is the extent of the warranty. Beyond conformity with that document we give no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Indemnity

Should a claim, loss, liability, or cost arise out of how you use, misuse, store, handle, or pass on material supplied by us — or out of a breach of these terms — you agree to cover us against it.

8. Orders we decline

We may refuse, cancel, or cap any order at our discretion. We will do so where anything suggests material may be destined for a use these terms prohibit.

9. Acceptance

Entering this site, opening an account, or placing an order signifies acceptance of these terms alongside our Terms of Service.
