Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how Pep Daddy Labs handles information when you browse the website, communicate with support, or place an order.

2. Information handled now

Age-gate session choice. The site stores a simple acceptance flag in your browser's session storage after you confirm that you are at least 21 and meet the stated research eligibility requirements. The site does not ask for or store your birth date. The acceptance flag normally disappears when the browser session ends.

Technical delivery data. Like most hosted websites, hosting, content-delivery, and security providers may process ordinary request data such as IP address, browser or device information, requested URL, timestamps, and security events to deliver and protect the site.

Document requests. Opening a product image, page, or certificate causes an ordinary web request for that resource. Certificates open in a new browser tab and are not tied to a customer account.

Customer account sign-in. If you choose to use the customer portal, sign-in is provided through ChatGPT. After a successful sign-in, the site receives an authenticated account identifier, email address, and, when available, account name. The site may keep those details with profile timestamps so it can recognize your account and show orders linked to it. Pep Daddy Labs does not receive or store your ChatGPT password.

3. Order and communication information

When you submit checkout, this storefront receives and validates your name, email address, optional phone number, U.S. shipping address, selected items, shipping choice, and acceptance of the current Terms and Research Use Only Agreement. The storefront keeps an order and fulfillment record that may include order and invoice identifiers, purchased-item and price snapshots, totals, payment and fulfillment status, address and contact details, carrier and tracking information, timestamps, and the terms version accepted. Information needed to create and reconcile the invoice is also sent to the self-hosted BTCPay Server as private invoice metadata.

If you place an order while signed in, the order is linked to the authenticated account identifier so it can appear in your customer portal. Guest orders are not automatically attached to an account solely because the checkout email matches the account email.

Payment is made with Bitcoin on BTCPay's hosted invoice page. This storefront does not collect a wallet password, recovery phrase, private key, or payment-card number.

If you email support, we receive the address and content you choose to send. Do not send medical information or unnecessary sensitive personal information.

4. Cookies and similar storage

The site's age gate uses browser session storage, not a marketing cookie. Hosting, checkout, and security providers may use necessary technologies to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and complete a requested transaction. No optional advertising or cross-site behavioral tracking pixel is intentionally installed by the storefront code.

5. Purpose, retention, and disclosure

Information is processed to deliver and secure the site; provide checkout, payment, shipping, receipts, and support; keep business and tax records; prevent fraud; enforce policies; and comply with law. Pep Daddy Labs does not request a date of birth through the age gate. Service providers process information under their own security, legal, and operational requirements. Information may also be preserved or disclosed where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, customers, and site security.

6. Your choices

You can clear the age-gate flag by closing the browser session or clearing site storage. You may block site storage in browser settings, although the age gate may then reappear. To request access, correction, or deletion of information held directly by Pep Daddy Labs, use the verified channel on the Contact page. Some records may be retained where needed for transactions, fraud prevention, disputes, tax, accounting, or other legal obligations.

7. Children

This site is restricted to adults aged 21 or older and is not directed to children. If you are under 21, do not access or use it.

8. Security and international access

Reasonable safeguards are used for the site, but no internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed secure. If you access the site from outside the United States, technical data may be processed in the United States or other locations used by service providers.

9. Service providers and changes

Information may be processed by providers supporting account sign-in, website hosting, security, payment processing, email, shipping, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal compliance. ChatGPT sign-in is operated by its provider under that provider's own terms and privacy practices. The effective date will be updated when this policy materially changes.

10. Contact

Privacy requests should use the verified channel published on the Contact page. We may need to verify a requester's identity before acting on a request.
